Electrical Selector not selecting Seeburg C

Hi,
I am restoring a Seeburg C. All is progressing.
After much work, I now have records playing if I manually move the levers in the selector assembly. The mech scans and selects a record and plays it. It then returns the record and plays the next record and pushes the selector level back to the centre and stops the mech.....all good.
However, I am not able to get the Electrical Selector to work. I have checked and cleaned all the points, fuses, and plugs. I used contact cleaner on the buttons and they appear to work as contact is made when I press them.
The select light comes on in the Electrical Selector when I add credit. The latch bar solenoid works and the selection buttons press and release. The credit is removed after selection is made. But the selector levers in the selector assembly do not move. I do not have a wallbox installed.
The manual does not provide too much direction in this matter.
I think it may be a bad or broken connection, but have spent a few days looking without success.
Can anyone provide me some direction where to check next?
Regards
Gordon....
