Attza whut I thunked you wood say--oil it!!
The credit wheel and all of the shafts require -ONE- drop of 20 wt. oil, every once and awhile--do NOT allow this to continue, or you WILL ruin the revolving credit wheel ! Do NOT oil the coil/plunger --it must be clean, and have the copper plug installed in the stop !

Hi Preston,
You need to oil the wheel, the wheel "pusher" (under the round spring) and the ratchet "catcher" post.
The copper plunger stop was factory installed--if broken off and inside the coil sleeve, it will "jam" and cause what you were experiencing.
