I have never seen such a device.
I have found that proper vertical storage among other records (without any records leaning) removes the warps from most records. The only exceptions are 78s that are dish warped.
I once bought a pinch-warped warped record at a garage sale, to use as a warp-tracking test record. I made the mistake of storing it properly. Two years later, when I wanted to make a warp test, I got the record out. To my chagrin, it was flat.
One thing you can try is sandwiching a record between two pieces of glass and placing it in the sun horizontally. But don't leave it too long, and don't try it with records with a groove guard.
