Record Label Blanks

There used to be a site where one could download record labels that had only the company logos without the titles and such. I believe the guy wiped the info from the original label and just left it blank so you could put you own song titles on it. I just finished recording a DOT album and would like to use their label. Trying to use the one from the album would be difficult compared to what this site had. Anybody know what this site is? Thank you.
