by bedoboy » Fri Mar 02, 2007 12:16 pm

HI can anyone help me install a Dahlberg pilowspeaker which I won on Ebay

I want to know how old it is, its wires and box are all intact and bought from MInneapolis Minnesota from an old TV Shop.

Any help would be appreciated, instructions, operation or installation of pillpw speaker designed for Hospital use with the word Nurse on front.

It was usually connected to a jack wired to replace the radio speaker with the pillow speaker when the plug is inserted.

But the radio speaker must NOT have any connection to any part of the radio except an isolated transformer winding. Even a connection to the chassis can be dangerous when using a pillow speaker with old radios.
