A friend has this disc.It's never been opened with the original pvc sleeve.Looks to be a rarity.Any info on what it's worth?thks-Bob

The number should be JM-13705, with Jingle Bell Rock on both sides, one by Hall, one by Oates. This is a DJ promo item, and if it is sealed, should go for $30+. You'll have to find a collector for it (H&O or PD collector), picture discs are usually of poor quality. I won't buy one unless it for a large specialty collection I already have going. Sealed, it's a sweet collectable!
