Looking for amp rebuild speaker reconing for seeburg 100c

Where is the best place to go for reconing and amp rebuilding,wouldn't mind using the same person for both.trying to restore a seeburg m100c,really versed in pinball machines but this is my first juke attempt .

Thought shipping was a given, Was more concerned about quality of work than location, willing to pay shipping for quality work.btw location is updated in my profile.
