hi can anyone tell me if tube xv102 and xv107 should be in this amp thank you !

If there is a socket for them, of course !
The Service Manual will tell you what those tubes are used for--

Those are the 6BJ6 tubes that are used here to provide AGC control and (hopefully0 make all records approximately the same level.

If the amp has been rebuilt and the old selenium diode packs replaced, the circuit should work.

"Gepettos" often removed those tubes to make up for lost volume in a failing amp or to make the machine blast at higher levels than it was designed for.

i just bought this machine not to long ago.so i will order all the tubes missing in both boards this one and the selector unit, and then will go from there.thank you everyone
