3400 Wurlie ??

Hi All,
Anyone run into a 3400 WurliTzer, that fails, on occasion, to cancel the selection pin ?
Customer claims it just looks like it is getting a "weak pulse" when this happens--claims the lamp seems OK-- TIA Ron Rich
