Hi,
I have the parts you need. But first to remove the turntable, you have to remove first the white plastic piece in the middle. To do that, hold the piece and turn counter-clockwise until it stops. You may have to push slightly, but not too hard as you might break it. Now just remove it carefully with a small flat head screwdriver. Once that is removed, you can now access the U-shaped cotter pin that holds the turntable in place. Using a small flat head screwdriver, pry the pin away from the spindle. There are two slots on the pin to insert the screwdriver head. Now just pull up on the turntable, and it should come up with no problem. To replace it, you will have to work with the idler wheel to get it under the turntable. Once it is down, rotate the turntable manually to seat the idler wheel in place. Then replace the cotter pin.
I also have a replacement tone arm. Please e-mail me at gns423@yahoo.com. Looks like you have a nice phono there. I have one too; same model, with the same top, but the bottom of mine is grey instead of blue.

Good luck, and let me know how things turn out.
