Please edit this post--it's very confusing--Are you looking to purchase both a CDM player and the title strip (part, or assembly?) ??
If so, I suggest you do not purchase a CDM-12, but purchase the "improved version", a CDM PRO. These are totally interchangeable.

You might try Gary in Stacy MN for the assembly (advertises on Craigslist frequently) - Last year at the MOMA auction, a friend of mine purchased a lot which included a bunch of different title page assemblies removed from converted boxes. After the auction we had no room for them so he paid Gary to take them so he may have stashed them somewhere. I see that you are in IA so it's not that far out of the way if you want to check his enormous collection of stuff for sale...
