Help finding cartridge for my Grandmothers Magnavox Micromat

by Guest » Wed Jun 04, 2008 4:23 am

My Grandmother old Magnavox Micromatic has long been without a needle. I have taken it upon my self to try finding one and getting it cleaned up and running for her. She doesn't know what happened to the manual, so I don't have that as a resource. I do have the model, finish, and serial numbers though(came really close to loosing that as it fell off in transit to my home). Any information would be helpful, and if anyone can help me locate a manual, original, reproduction, or online, I'd really appreciate it.

You can try NeedleDoctor, NeedleDaddy, CarolsNeedles, EdSaunders. All online. They can be accessed through ebay also. The stylus' for these Maggies are out there. Good Luck.
Vinyl is disease which attacks that area of the brain desiring digital recordings. Once you catch it, you are cured.
