Rockola 496-2 error message on selecter dislpay

Hi i have a rockola 496-2
i have a problem with the selector disply
whenever a selection is made ending in 8 or 9 i get an error message
i have fixed several other issues this machine had and this seems to be the last issue to figure out
thanks for any help or advice

Do you have a Service Manual ? I don't, but there sure should be an "error chart" in it---Ron Rich

glad to here that i ordered the manuals from victory glass but havent received them yet
i was hoping it would be just a setting

just received manual today not complete was told this is all available info anyone else have any sugestions

found out what was going on with this error message
figured i would post in case someone else runs into this
it was a dip switch setting on the control box
#7 dip selects the amount of selections either 160 or 200
i just set the dip the other way and all slections worked
