rowe ami r83 rustic

hiya
i have a problem with my rowe ami r83 on the wallbox is displayed F-2 amd inside the base unit it displays er-11 and flashes to er-12 and then back to er-11 again can anybody help with this i do have an r83 manual but can find no reference to this
