Books and websites for jukebox repair

by James » Tue Jul 25, 2006 12:19 am

Are there any decent books/websites out there which cover "hands-on" jukebox repair in detail? This website has some valuable information, but I wanted to know if there are others as well. It's always good to get as much info. as possible.

Help

by doogie51 » Tue Jul 25, 2006 2:31 am

Sounds like you and I may be looking for the same thing...just came across a new project...Wurlitzer 1100 needing a total restoration...I have done a car and a coke machine in the past and I'm planning on tackling this the same way...Cosmetics first, mechanism second, chrome last. Have you found any good books/sorces for help?

Hi,

Could you please state what country you live in. It would help with the replies you might get.

Books and websites for jukebox repair

I am also living around the RTP NC area. I have been looking for an honest/knowledgeable repairperson as well. Seems alot of folks have jukes, and other collectibles, and know how to restore them, but don't want to help out or lend their time for someone else's collection. Maybe another collector can steer me in a better direction. Sure would appreciate it!

Do you have workshop manuals for your jukeboxes?

If not contact AMR Publishing

They will have a manual to suit your jukebox

jukebox info

Hi, try this jukebox forum for any help. Be warned...If you you need the answer to a specific technical question and you dont own the service manual, you will risk being verbally abused by some of the older more knowledgeable members. Kidding....

good luck
