Trying to figure out how the play meter/counter (at the back, behind the turn table) is tripped. There's a nub sticking out on the right side, and I can manually advance it one, but don't see how it is tripped when a selection is played. Thanks

Here's the meter I'm referring to (not the pop meter in the front) - is there any sort of linkage to the little part on the right?

I have the service manual from Victory Glass. It shows exploded views of the gripper assembly, detailed pics of the selection wheel on the left, but the only pic showing a meter like this was for a wallbox accessory. Even the larger pics of the inside of the cabinet, only vaguely refers to it.

I realize it's not essential to play, especially since it'll be in a home use situation, just curious. I experimented with different ways the small wire/linkage piece I found (pic in other thread on "mystery parts") could attach, but it's just guess work without ac actual pic/diagram to work off of.

Sorry, i cant find... (mystery parts post)
but the way the meter/counter hooks up is, there is a small plate about a inch long, quarter inch wide, with a hole at each end with each end rounded, not shown in your picture, (Probably lost).
One end of this little piece (not Shown) is twisted 90 degrees.
one hole on the mystery piece, not shown, is where the screw at the side of the meter attaches this plate.
The other hole, (on the mystery piece, not shown, ) is where the rod you pictured in the other thread, goes into.
the other side of the rod goes into the hole on the bracket or arm that actuates when you make a selection.
I know this will be kind of hard to follow, and if need be, i can post some pictures to help you.

I just connected mine after a few hours of trying to figure this out.
I had to make a new plate/piece to connect the rod to.

Anyway, i really hope this helps
