As for the Charmaphone, the
bad news is that it is one of hundreds of off-brand models that were produced in the late nineteen teens into the early 1920s; probably of a limited production run and sales. This article provides a history of these "Victrola Clones":
http://www.antiquephono.org/brand-talki ... j-wakeman/ Normally, you'll find very little information about any specific model, other than ads. (I found several by Googling Charmaphone Phonograph OR Gramophone.)
As for parts, the
good news is that many if not most of the off-brand models were assembled using parts supplied by third party manufacturers, so the same cabinet, horn, motor, tonearm, reproducer ("sound box") may be found on dozens of different branded models sold by different companies. This increases your chance of finding needed components.
