In the middle of restoring a Wurlitzer 1400, noticed that the grommets on two of the motors need replacing. I can make do with cutting off the shelf grommets, but does anyone supply these barrel shaped grommets?

Another Wurlitzer 1400 question. Does anyone sell the ballasts to run 2 f20 t12 fluorescent tubes? Original tubes used starters, so the ballast needs to be preheat type.
