Need Console Servicing in Los Angeles

My RCA New Vista is gorgeous and plays perfectly. It does not, however, give much sound out of one speaker. It is VERY faint but there is some sound.

No one in the LA area is interested in coming out to service it and I was told by three shops that they do not have the room to diagnose a console. So what to do now???

Any advice? Any references?
