Wurlitzer 3500

Picked one if these up and it ... Kinda works...the timing of the arm gears is off..... Is there a set of marks on these to realign ??? I have it all apart now banging my head...... ... Will kinda pick up fine from carousel but not set down all the way on the turntable...... It did when I first got it till my hand was in there when the arm was moving n heard the gears skip....now I gotta get em back in line

found the inner nylon gears pin is broke off, now to either find another gear or repair this pin by making one with a screw drilling and tapping where it was ... either way I will need to re-index these any info on that I would rellllllllly appreciate....

I didn't see any info on installing those gears in the manual but from referencing pics I kinda figured it out ...... With finger crossed I used some really good mil spec epoxy to repair the pin let hope it holds ..... If so I'll report back most likely with it working ...... Otherwise I will need that gear pt no 128585.... I was gojng to attempt to drill and tap it but after looking close I don't think there would be enough meat there for more that a few threads so I op'd not to go that route
