My Seeburg B just finished

by Fred S » Thu Sep 12, 2013 7:18 pm

Hello To all
I thought I would post a couple of pictures of the Seeburg I just finished with Ron and a couple of others help. One of the toughest jukes I have worked on. It had me on the ropes two or three times. I have a few more juke boxes I will post later

Fred,
Glad you got it finished--pretty-I like it !--but not a "B". (Red) end of mechanism plastics were not used on "B's". End frames were not covered at all--those plastics are from a later model. Ron Rich

Ron
You say the end caps were never used? So the Mech. is an older model maybe a C?
I guess I never really paid attention I assumed (we know what that means) that B's had end caps Wow I need to track down some photo's of true restored or original B's just to see how different they are.

Hi Fred,
Yes--the end caps were NOT used on a B--No, that is not an "older" model--"newer" models had the end caps--C comes after B --
For a pix of any Seeburg since the "A", you can go to the late Tony Miller's site---see above for the link.
