Rowe mmcd 2 chase lights

Hello everyone. I just picked up a Rowe mmcd 2 juke and rope lights don't work. I purchased other from eBay tested and working but still no light. I tested controller and voltage is good 120v in and 120 volts throut rope light but still nothing. I'm lost please help. Thanks
