BLAUPUNKT SULTAN 3D - PLEASE HELP

by LINUS5703 » Wed Jun 28, 2006 11:49 pm

Hello to all of you!

I have this antique radio to check. First thing first, I wanted to check all lamps with my lamp tester but 1 lamps have nothing written on it (just as if to much manipulation had eraesed everything) and another is only labeled "296" which is nowhere to be found in the reference booklet.

The lamps are both side-to-side, just at the left of the main transformer on the right side when looking from the back of unit. I am looking for either the lamp numbers (looks like "6AJ8") and/or schematic diagram.

THANK YOU!

Hey, Most Blaupunkts use Ecc83's, Ech81's, Ef89, Eabc80 and ofcourse the el84's for output. They all can be subed but you realy have to watch the voltages as they will fry or not operate from the Mains. Make SURE you have the correct voltage selected off the mains xfermer. Sorry I do not have the data for that model, only the Verona and Santos.
