Hi Ron & Rob
Many thanks for your advise and guidnace.
I will remove the TCC ( not up to getting thrown acrossed the floor by big voltages!thanks for the advise Ron) and get the R529 (56k-ohm resistor), R519 (2.7k) and the R511 (3,3k) ( thanks Rob for your advise) and get them replaced by the guy i got to do the recap of the TCC. I will also get him to check the voltages at the Oa2 tubes once done.I'll replace the 6x4 tube with a NOS American made version, as it has a chinese one :( at the moment.
Will also investigate "whats on" with the record reject button, at the moment the two red wires from the button are connected to the TCC. And are connected to the two record reject screws/terminals on the TCC. But will check out the 3 pin plug on the TCC.
Will post again with my findings.
Rich :)

Hi Ron,
Thanks for your reply :D
Checked the 15amp fuse in the TCC1 and has tested good.
Also checked the 3 pin plug on the TCC ref the reject button inop (j514 socket on TCC) there is two wires connected to the plug either side and the middle one is empty. Another white and black wire in the same loom (with female connector) is hanging free.
Whilst on the back of the Amp I have two scew connector terminals marked in white BRN and BRK should i connect the two red wires from the reject switch to these?

Hi Rich,
If you are interested in blowing up your amplifier, yes, connect the 30 volts DC(brown wire) directly to ground (black wire)--then push the button to detonate !
However, if your objective is to have it reject a selection when the outside button is pushed, connect to the white and black terminals (If you have a TSA-1, Code A, amp installed--do not connect to anything--tell me first-- ! ) Ron Rich

Hi Ron,
BOOM!
only joking.I did have a look at the schematic and decied not to connect. Many thanks for your advise could have been very costly, will connect the reject button to the white terminals tommorrow.
Let you know how it go's.
I've ordered a NOS GEC 6x4 tube and will get the 3 resistors in the TCC replaced in the next couple days.

Hi Ron & Rob,
Just wanted to say many thanks for all your help!
My Seeburg 480 Juke is now rockin n Rollin!
i adjusted all the timeing and mech switches with the help of Ron Rich's manual.
and had the resistors R511,518 and 519 replaced(many thanks Rob) and broken wire was found at the junction R511/519.
Also the 6x4 tube was faulty. So was replaced with a Mullard 6x4 tube.
Your advise has been everso helpfull!
Best wishes
Rich :D

Rich, glad you got it together. The LPC's are the most complex of the Seeburgs, but actually quite reliable once properly serviced.

Rob,
Gotta "dis-agree", again, here--The model "A" is more complex then an LPC--even worse, is the AMS--two Tormats, Two SCC's, all stepper operated--no "keyboard'--optional 2nd amp.--
