Wanted: Walbox for a Seeburg USC1 & remote volume control

Hi,
I had mentioned early this year in another thread that I was considering getting a wallbox for my USC1. http://www.phonoland.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4641&p=15673&hilit=wallbox+USC1#p15673
I'd like to follow through now, but not having much luck locating one. Ron Rich had mentioned I would be able to use an older type Consolette with an SRT-1 & cable. The other option is a DEC3 from what I've read. Anyone have one of these two solutions available and if so, what are you looking to get for it shipped?
I'm also interested in a remote volume control.
