I need your assistance. I am looking for a wiring harness for a AMI F-120 Jukebox and service & operators manual. The wiring harness can be toast, but preferably complete. I can make a new harness. OR, if some has a refurbished harness for sale - that will work also. Please email me with any info to candmmed@sbcglobal.net.
Thank you, AJ

Welcome to the forum.

What is wrong with your current harness?

Sorry it took sooooo long to get back.
Alan, the wiring harness wires are exposed and disintegrating.
Ron, not quite sure what you meant by checking above. I must be missing something.
The harness should be replaced. If there is a manual I can rebuild it or I can purchase another. Still would like the service and owners manuals if available.

Look in the section above, for a list of suppliers--marked "Parts/Books--new--used where to find-"

If you are in need of the harness that uses "zip" or, "lamp" cord", you will have to fabricate it yourself--just purchase the wire at a local hardware store, and start replacing all the "bad stuff"--very common (and dangerous), on those-- Ron Rich

Hello AJ,

The way I would tackle being as you have a loon still available is to remove it from the jukebox, making a note of where the wires go to.
Write it all down.
Lay out the loom onto a sheet of ply or chipboard in a fashion that it makes sence now nail, nails to each side of the loom to form a pattern of the wiring loom, where wires come off to connect to a switch, motor or power supply leave a space or form a tee on the board (again note what the connections are for and where they come from) if the wires are coloured it is easy, if they are the same then you will have to trace it out.

The nailboard you have then produced can then be used to run in the cables one at a time to build up the loom.

When I used to use this method to produce the three different hideaways we produced I had 3 different nail boards.

Add a little extra wire at each of the connection points on the loom, I used to tie up points on the loom that would later go into trunking with string and then cot off the ties when it was fitted into the trunking.

In your case you could keep the string in place to make sure it fits and then replace the string with cable ties or use some of the wrap type plasic spirals down the length of the loom.

Please let us know how you get on.

Regards
Alan
