Rockola 490-1 stopped working

Hey guys.
I've been reading through a few threads to try to fix this on my own. Here's the problem I am having.
I was listening to a record the other night and after the song was over, nothing happened. I went over to the jukebox and opened it up, and the record was in the platter spinning with the needle arm in the home position. I picked up the arm and moved it to the end, and the arm swung over and grabbed the record, put it away, and the carousel spun around once, and everything went back to where it was supposed to go.
I closed the lid to choose another selection, and the display was blank. I opened the cover again and flipped the switch to scan the carousel, and nothing happened. I looked at the power indicators, and the +28 led was out. All other LED's are lit.
I did a visual check of all of the fuses, and there was none blown. I checked the two fuses in the black fuse holders, and opened up the box and checked fuses f1-f5. All looked ok. I pulled out my meter, and they seem to be ok.
Being burned in the past by meters that "appeared" Ok after testing, I decided to get a new set anyway, and a new voltage regulator as well.
I put in the new regulator, and was about to put in the fuses, but i noticed something strange.
In the Rockola Domestic and Import Wiring Diagram I found online for the 490-1,2 , 494-1,2 and 1000, it lists the fuses as follows:
F1 - 3A Slo Blo
F2 - 1/4A Slo Blo
F3 - 1A Slo Blo
F4 - 1A Slo Blo
F5 - 3A Slo Blo
So that's what I bought...BUT... on the board itself, it says the fuses should be:
F1 *not labeled*
F2 - 1/2A
F3 - 1/2A
F4 - 2A
F5 - 2A
What values should I use?
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Jeremy
