And the latest is:
Cleaned and adjusted the Contact block "frog" - per manual - A1 and A2, K9 and K10 pins are centered between Left and Right contacts.
All Selections (pins) are working and move out .
Selections A1 - G3 (A and B side) all work as they should.
The problem now is, the B sides (G4, G6, G8 ...K8) - record is selected, rides the ramp and clamps, needle hits record and immed. rejects - it does this approx. 3 times (sometimes longer) then resumes scan and goes back to same selection (since pin wasn't reset).
Note: all the A sides (G5, G7 ...) work as they should - no rejects with these.

Any thoughts on what to look for ?
Thanks
Gary

Hi Gary,
Do you know the proper sequence of operation both mechanical and electrical for your model phono ?
Not quite sure what you are saying ? Is the record failing to be PROPERLY clamped ?
Is this problem on all "B"sides--do you have records in the failing slot(s) ? Ron Rich

Hi Ron, Yes , it is the "B" sides only - from G4, G6, G8 ...K8 that reject after the needle hits the vinyl. Records are in all slots and when record is selected it rides the ramp and clamps, needle hits record and immed. rejects. It does this over and over but sometimes goes back into scan mode after putting the record back.

It seems like an odd one to me since the "A" sides of these records G3, G5 .... work as the should -normal operation- (selects, clamps and plays until the end of the record )

Gary,
You did not answer my question--does the record PROPERLY clamp, or not ?
Sounds as if you still have problems with the frog support bracket, and something else, but unless you answer my question, I can't tell you what --. Ron Rich

Adjusted the contact block (slight shift to the left) , re-adjust frog and we are good to go - selecting\playing everything as it should. Was having problems with A side pin cancel coil in the contact block, sometimes working, sometimes not. Took it apart and cleaned it and it works like new.
Thanks again for the help !
Gary
