Hi
Anyone a rough idea on the price of a Wurlitzer 1450 in reasonable cosmetic condition not fully working or how rare or not they are, just an estimate

Hi Clones,
You would need to pay me 3-4 hundred dollars to take it to the dump !
According to the Always Jukin guide, about 4000 of various cabinet colors were produced--
value the same for all-$250 to $3200.00

Clones, I think Ron's price is wayyyyyyyyyy to cheap ! I worked on a few of these with George Wagner years ago. He has
worked on Wurlitzer since the mid 40's . He said they didn't run well even when they we're new . Why do you think Frank Hamwey (who is probably one of the best Wurlitzer mech re builders in the US ) Doesn't touch anything after an 1100 ? Be prepared to marry this thing for the rest of your natural born days!!!!! LOL It would be a cold day in ......Hawaii before I would tackle one of these .You would probably get FINED FOR LITTERING if you put one of these in a dump !! lmaorotf I will say that the machines that Wurlitzer made from 1954 (1700) and up through the silver age we're pretty good machines . Good luck to you and may the force be with you on this one if you buy it ! Robert
