Do I have a rare gem?

I have an early single sided Victor 10' 78 with a white label that that states on the bottom, sample record not for sale. Hand written on the label it say Banjo solo - Good, Vita Licciardello. It certainly sounds like Vess Ossman on the banjo but does not state the artist name. The catalog number is impressed in the run out area 2530 and a hand inscribed number B153. Settlmeyers discography skips this catalog number. Can anyone give more info on this record and is it possible I have something rare or even one of a kind in this record. Any help would really be appreciated.

I don't know about rarity, but here's the information from Encyclopedic Discography of Victor Recordings ( http://victor.library.ucsb.edu/)

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the lead. I think this is the record.
