SS 160 Won't Spin Records

As soon as my Seeburg picks up a record the mech comes to a complete stop. I bought a rebuild kit for my auto speed unit and changed the caps but am still getting the same problem after the rebuild.

Is there any other part that could be the culprit?

You axked this question on the jukebox list, and I answered it there?
Just "changing caps" does NOT "rebuild" anything--( I do offer a rebuilding service for this, and most other, Seeburg sub assemblies--PM me if you wish)
