TURIN Phongraph/radio

Anyone know this name? I found a single speed portable in a brown alligator like leather case The name inside is TURIN it is one speed has 4 knobs
on/off/treble... Radio/Phono... Volume...Tuner (for radio)

The radio dial is set into the box and has a glass cover over a red and green propeller dial

The underside of the turntable read a mfg name that i cant quite make out It looks like..... ???? development Corpn (but it is very hard to read

Any idea?

This sounds like a 1930s or 1940s 78 rpm radio-phono.
