Rock-ola 442 Amplifier Issue

I have gotten this machine scan, select, return and eject a record. Mechanically it appears to running fine. But no sound, so I think my trouble shooting starts at the red power plug going into the amplifier, to affirm that the power supply and harness are operating correctly. What voltages should I be reading, and across which terminals? The manual that I have is very weak...

The transformers on the amp are not warm .......
