looking for info on an unusual portable electrola

Hi, I recently found an early portable Electrola gramophone. It looks like an hmv 101 but the crank is on the front. The strange thing about this is that it has a globe logo with the German words- alle klange der welt, die welt aller klange. No regular rectanglular Electrola logo. Fairly ornate and the whole machine is in working order. I havent been about to find this logo on anything online thus far and would like to have more info on it. Also- the small metal plate next to the arm says PJ Tonger, Hof-musikalien und insturmenten handlung, Koln a. Rhein. I have figured out that it is an Electrola Gesellschaft model (no.4) but if you could help me out with more info that would be great. I have compared it to museum pics and haven't seen this labeling anywhere. Thanks so much!
