Seeburg SS160 (UK) speaker tapping & Synchronous motor

My SS160 (230V 50 Hz version) is still working fine thanks to tips from Ron. A good oiling also got the B sides playing and - as informed here - I was having poor sound quality using the aftermarket copy Yellow Stylii - so sourced some "Original Seeburg" ones and as you said my records no longer sound like there is fluff on the needle like it used to.
However - Question 1 - using its own speakers (no external ones) currently it is set on the 16W terminals of the Amp as when I bought it.
- I cannot find anywhere in the manual where it says the maximum wattage and do not want to damage Amplifier or speakers - Can it be tapped at 25W or will this be too much?
Second Question - I have had a lot of noise from the sychronous motor in the rotating album cover display, i have taken the motor out and it is past its' sell by date. - any ides on where i could get a second hand or spare Model E Bowman Electrical 235V 50 Cycle 196RPm motor. The company that have taken over Bowman quoted 200 Dollars for a made to order 100RPM version.
