INFO WANTED v-disc sleeve

i have been searching on internet for a long time. i was looking for how a v-disc's sleeve was. but i couldn't find any info. does anybody know about the sleeve of a v-disc? were they like regular thin brown inner paper sleeves or did they have any special shapes or motives on them?

As far as I know the sleeves were indeed thin brown without special design etc.In fact that makes sense since they were not intended to be sold on the market, so no need for fancy sleeves/covers.
