bubbler a and w volumn control

i just bought a a and w bubbler cd jukebox but i cannot control the volume with the remote, when i select the volume it says 25 min and 40 max, can anyone tell me how to program it, please be kind this is my first jukebox and am still learning it i have been afraid to do to much until i learn a little bit more about it that is why i am writing for help. thanks

Are you sure the remote is working and that you are hitting the sensor? The sensor is a clear red box at the end of a long gray cable, and can be moved around for best reception. You should see an LED blinking inside the red sensor and you should see a bar graph showing the volume level on the LCD display.

Didja install new-good batteries in the remote ? --stand back about 5 ++ feet to operate it--
