Mech doesn't move

Rebuilt my Seeburg 100C 20 years ago. Hadn't played it for several months and now when I punch in the selection nothing happens. The carriage rolls across & back when I hold the switch for that, just doesn't roll and pick up the record to play.
Love this JB, appreciate any help. Danny
