Guyz--
"Slow when warmed up" is always a sign of a failing 4 mf. oil filled cap, on models using a 45 TASU !
I would do as Rob suggested and change both the lytic, and oil filled caps. Also--oil the mechanism, with 20 wt.--again--
As for the schematic Rob noted--there is an error in it ( and most of the schematics for 45 rpm Autospeeds)--see notes above.
