wurlizer 3400

I found another deal on this one. Its clean but the record arm is locked down getting a record. I can't get it to scan, its locked in the load position. The fuse is ok all lights are working. I hit the reset button. I don't have a manual yet. Any Help out there. Bob

Hey everybody I found it 2 blown fuses behind the box. Arm is working fine now. Im playing oldies all night
