new to group

I can't believe it took me this long to find this group and that there are actually others out there who collect things like 60's stereo consoles. This has been a lifelong interest for me ever since I was a toddler and became fascinated with my grandfather's 1955 Motorola console hi-fi which I later inherited. I have around 30 or so postwar consoles and hundreds of portable and table model phonographs plus a few prewar electric and acoustic units and other stuff like radios, tape recorders and hi-fi components. I once owned a repair facility and I still have service manuals and a small inventory of parts but I need to find and organize it all. I hope this group will be an inspiration for me to renew my passion for this hobby.
