NSM City vinyl jukebox

I am thinking of buying one of these that currently has a fault, the carriage will move to the selected record when a selection is made but the process stops at that stage, the transfer arm that should flip the record into position on the turntable doesn't operate, would this be an easy job to fix and what would be the likely cause
