SMC1 Selection Buttons not working

Hi all!

Please help! We are having troubles with our jukebox. The mechanism that plays the record is set all the way to the right, coins are starting to get stuck and will not register even if they do drop and the buttons on selection will not register. I am a girly girl and have 0 experience with this. Any suggestions?

Hi Girly Girl,
1. Turn the phono off, and leave it off, to prevent further damage !
Those problems indicate problems with the Micro Computer Unit (MCU), and/or the inter face board (IFB) inside of the Phono Control Center (PCC). The mechanism jam may also be a mechanism problem?
I would advise you to get professional help, or, if you like I can check/ repair/ replace, anything electronic, if shipped to me. PM me if you so desire. Ron Rich
