Hi,

I have a problem with the write in motor not working after write in relay is on
It receives 26v ac with voltmeter and is not working.

I mesured the ohms and the coil is at 1.8 ohms on the connector and also directly on the coil.
I don't think this is a good measure for a coil is that normal?
I bought it like this

is there a way to test it further?
else I would like to know how to remove it to install another one.

Thanks

I cleaned the contacts and alligned the bracket. now it stop to the selected selection but it doesnt strike the pin.
the current lamp flash after selection and the read out carriage just wait for the pin to be hit.

Ill look into unjamming side a coil.

I have the 429 and I have the same problem.
Are you also having problems with the coils on the read out carriage?

Could you elaborate on adjusting the carriage?

Do you align your reset arm/lever centred over the pin?
I have adjusted mine quite a few times, but i am starting to think, the contact on the read out carriage, shoud be very very close to the pin
