That (all the above) is what is stamped on it. There is a lever for speed adjustment with a "F" and a "S" and a start stop lever as well. I'm sure it is for an old record player of some sort. It is very heavy, spins/purrs nicely when the start lever is moved. I don't have a handle to wind it with and am still playing with it on its last winding I guess. There is no box Just the "guts" per se.
Does it have any value? Does anyone want it? New to your forum, found you via search engine. Thanks for any help.
