Hi! New to the board and to trying to work on a Rockola 445 that I have had stored for over ten years. It stopped working and we put it away. Most functions seem to be working so far, but I have a broken part in the selector system. It is called a "carriage housing" part # 34364-1, and is a black plastic housing which has a series of metal parts mounted to it. The entire "carriage assembly" part # 41566-A, is also listed in the parts diagram.

If anyone has either of these available, or can steer me to a good possible source, it will be much appreciated. Once we get this working, I can see how much more work there may be to do.

I would also appreciate suggestions on what type of lubricant I should be using throughout this unit. I have be told a silicone spray lubricant is best, but thought I would ask here to confirm. Thanks!!! Mark

Victory Glass bought out the entire inventory of new old stock Rockola vinyl jukebox parts a few years ago.

www.victoryglass.com

Part number 34364-1 Carriage Housing has been replaced by # 48924 Carriage Housing (Victory Glass stock # 80-5921). Sells for $35.

Be advised that besides the part number changing over the years, so did the color of the part. It went from black to gray and finally to blue plastic.

I would stay away from any "spray" lubes--they tend to get where they are not wanted--
I use only SAE # 20 wt. ND Motor oil. Ron Rich

Thanks fellas! This will get me started, and I have no doubt I'll be back for more after the holidays.
