A little help with a Seeburg HF100R

by myretronix » Sun Sep 20, 2015 6:21 pm

Thanks for allowing me to join the group! I have been repairing a basket case Seeburg HF100R jukebox for a couple of months for a customer and it has been going well as it is my first Jukebox repair. I recently disassembled the mechanism for cleaning and lube of the clutch assembly. My problem is when I returned to my work area a couple of "tricycle motors" had basically strewn my parts around the shop. I have everything together but there is a larger spring that I really don't remember taking it out of the mechanism so not even sure if it goes to the jukebox. The spring is exactly 6" long from end of hoop to end of hoop, and is very skinny. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I don't recall a spring such as you describe, being used in any model Seeburg, from the B, on up---
