Another RockOla 454 Issue

by orthosean » Sun Dec 01, 2013 1:54 pm

Again, I'd like to thank you all for help thus far, especially Ron, I've solved every issue so far thanks to you! My 454 now has a new issue with what I assume is the dollar bill part of the credit unit. It does nothing but "buzz" if it's plugged in. Selections won't make when it's unplugged and although I thought there was a dummy plug to bypass it (which I really don't want to do), there isn't. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Sean

Hi Sean,
Which "Dollar bill unit" is installed in that phono ? Dollar bill units, like coin acceptors were purchased from outside sources by the jukebox makers, and were an extra cost "option". Normally, they can just be un-plugged, without any interaction with the phono operation ? Ron Rich
