edison machine screw type

Does anybody know were I can find an 6-40 thread type machine screw for an edison.That bolts down the gear cover, carriage rod, etc. I went to my local bolt store and they told me that a 6-40 thread type is an old timie thread that they don't make any more. I can see why (1915 Edison Amberola 75).

I'm sure he's have the screws, and his prices are always more than reasonable. I'm in Australia, and have ordered from George, and got the stuff in less than a week.
