Do you have any information from looking at the back? Or take the back off and look for any stamped letters or numbers on the chassis. Look for numbers beginning with an "R". It looks to be from late 60's as mentioned and could be just the radio from a two-piece set, other being a speaker. So you can look for a speaker jack too. The mfr date should be in a couple of places. You just got to do something easy and put forth a more data.
